Recruitment is done to select the suitable and eligible candidates from the pool of qualified candidates. It is dire need to select “right man for right job”. This policy intervention is being made for guidance of departments. The policy is being issued to achieve merit and enhance the credibility of the recruitment process.
Role of Selection Authorities :
Selection Authorities are responsible for recruitment in professional and objective manner. Policy also recommends strengthening the capacity and enhancing the role of the Commission to conduct recruitment process for maximum number of posts.
This policy explains the manner of Regular or Contract Modes of Recruitment , Merit Based Recruitment , Selection Committees for Recruitment , Short listing process , Selection Criteria for appointment in BS-1 to Bs-4 and BS-5 & above.
Marking Criteria :
Total : 100 marks
1- Educational Marks : 65
2- Higher Qualification in Relevant field 10 Marks
3- Board Position Holder : 5 Marks
4- Relevant Experience : 5 Marks
5- Ex-Servicemen / Hafiz Quran : 5 Marks
6- Interview : Max 10 Marks
Recruitment Quotas :
1- Minority Quota 5%
2- Women Quota 15%
3- Quota for Children of Employees BS 1 to 5 , Junior Clerks(BPS-11) and Patwaris (BPS-09) 20%
4- Disable Quota 3%
