Punjab Police Jobs 2019 for Sub Inspectors & ASI
[datetoday] : Punjab Public Service Commission has announced latest vacant posts of Punjab Police Jobs 2019 for Sub Inspectors & ASI. There are total 432 Sub Inspectors posts on Open Merit and 108 Posts on Service Quota . The total posts for Assistant Sub Inspectors (ASIs( through service quota is 187 posts.
The Eligibility criteria for above mention posts is little bit technical , the candidates applying on open merit must have age between 20-25 years and candidates applying through service quota must have age between 23-35 for SI and 21-35 years for ASI on closing date i.e 22 July 2019.
The interested applicants must have graduate BA, BSC, B.COM or Bachelors degree with minimum physical standards 5 ft 7 inches , 33-34 1/2 inches chest and vision standards distant vision 6/9 for male candidates and 5 ft 2 inches with vision standards distant vision 6/9 for female candidates
The interesting and encouraging thing is that both Male and Female candidates can apply , the selected candidates can be posted anywhere in the Punjab Province.
Syllabus for Written Test Sub Inspectors Punjab Police :
One Paper Mcqs test of 100 Marks (90 min Duration) of General knowledge , Quantitative and IT Skills.
* General Knowledge and Intelligence 40%
* Quantitative Analysis 30%
* Information Technology 30%
Psychological Test :
The candidates qualified written tests will appear in Psychological tests and Personality Assessment tests by PPSC.
